Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No pet fur attached to the items.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Custom/Personalized Items
- Seasonal or Holiday Items
- Super Sale Items (Clearance Items)
- Special/Customer Order Items
- All items indicating they are non returnable within their description.
- DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS WE CANNOT RETURN THE FOLLOWING:
- Bedding – Any Sort
- Treats – Any Sort, including cakes, treats, supplements, etc.
- Feeders, Bowls, Treat Jars, etc.
- Toys – Specks Pet cannot guarantee the longevity of any toy.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return request. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Thee is no restocking fee and no return shipping cost .
EXCHANGES: making sure you follow the size charts per item is extremely important. Due to most of our items being handmade, made to order, or custom, to exchange for a new size will incur a restock fee.
If an item arrives missing, damaged, defective or sent incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours upon delivery. If we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request. The next steps is you must contact us about defective or damaged merchandise upon receiving
Anything that is non-sellable, has any amount of dog hair on it, has been worn, altered, tags removed, original packaging torn or missing, damaged by you or your dog, any sort of smell or stain will be rejected.
We need to hear from you first. Non approved returns will be refused.
We are not responsible for any packages received by us that are damaged in transit, or simply do not make it to our facility. We leave it up to you on which courier to use but do highly recommend something that has tracking. We must receive your return within 7 of the original delivery date.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. It is your responsibility to order the correct item, size, and color, and to enter your shipping information correctly. Any item that arrives with a different quality or at a different address due to your own error will not qualify for a return.
Please bear in mind that the color of product photos may be slightly different from the actual items due to lighting and monitor display settings.
We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase.
Please be sure to use the sizing chart on the product’s page or email us directly before placing an order for questions regarding sizing. *Note that all designers and brands vary in sizing. Returns can be easily alleviated this way.
Once we receive your return and it’s approved, please allow us 3-7 business days to process returns in which we receive them.
Your return will be given in the same format you paid in. You will receive an email when it’s complete. For store credit, the email you receive for your Store Credit will have a code. Please input this code in our checkout process. Customer Support is unable to add your store credit manually, we apologize for this inconvenience. We are also unable to refund store credits that have been issued.
