Many of the items we carry are shipped from the designer and many are made to order. 

We make every effort to fulfill (prepare & pack) items within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Specific product’s descriptions note they may have additional time required for fulfillment due to custom or made to order. Normally items ship within 2-5 business days after fulfillment. 

Priority Shipping: Some items such as toys and accessories are able to be processed in 1-2 business days and shipped priority. For items that are made to order, handmade, or need extra timing; you may still choose priority but please note it will not affect the designers time making the item but only the delivery time once it’s packed and shipped. Standard is normally 3-5 business days and Priority is 1-2 business days. Please note shipping centers are experiencing delays that we cannot fix, but you can easily track your order on our website or confirmation email. 

*Designers such as M&Co, Wooflink, and Hello Doggie are all made to order. Please read description of item to estimate how long it will take to make and ship.

If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. If we don’t hear back from you within 72 hours, our system will automatically cancel and credit you back for the item if we do not replace it.

Specks Pet typically uses USPS, but not limited to FedEx, UPS and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially or in full, you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with tracking information Some packages tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered. 

Shipping Cost:

In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for standard shipping (3-5 business days)


Partial Shipments:

We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered and where they are located, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. You will be emailed a tracking number for each shipment in this case. 

Specks Pet is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have no control over mail delivery once it leaves our warehouse so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
If your tracking number has indicated that your package has been delivered, please contact your Local Post Office for better assistance.
Specks Pet is unable to assist if the package is indicating that it is delivered. We are only the warehouse with the item you ordered.
Please note with USPS, you may experience shipping delays. We have the same tracking information you have and can only see what you can see in the USPS’s tracking system. We do not receive any additional information from the carrier. Specks Pet cannot replace lost, damaged or stolen items via USPS.

Deliveries may take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Please allow USPS up to 24 hours after shipment to show a delivery estimate.

Fulfillment Time:
Fulfillment & processing time includes checking, packing, designers hand making these items and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Order Confirmation:

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you input at checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
